BaseFit does not require learning a tool or deploying telematics. You share a sample of your operation and Autonality structures the data, configures assumptions, runs scenarios and delivers a recommendation on what to electrify first and under which conditions.

BaseFit and software are not the same thing.
What is the difference between BaseFit and Planner? +
BaseFit is an analysis delivered by Autonality: you share the data and we configure the model, run scenarios and interpret the results. Planner is the self-service option for your team to work directly with the simulation and planning tools.
Do I need telematics to use Free or Planner? +
No. You can start with manual data, Excel or CSV. Live telematics, OEM or OBD connections are part of Control where the integration is compatible.
Does Control replace Geotab, Webfleet or another fleet management system? +
It does not have to. Control can work as a specialised electrification layer on top of your existing data sources. The aim is to support availability, charging, assignment and operational-risk decisions without forcing you to replace tools that already work.
Why does Planner not charge per vehicle? +
Planner is used to model and compare scenarios, not to monitor assets in real time. Per-vehicle pricing starts in Control, where each connected EV generates continuous operational data.
What about fleets with more than 50 vehicles or several depots? +
BaseFit and Scale can be scoped individually. In software, Scale covers higher volumes, multiple depots, specific integrations or advanced charging and operational rules.
