This Cookie policy explains which storage technologies are used by https://www.autonality.ai, why they are used and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your consent.
1. Controller
- Controller: Autonality Fleet Control S.L., NIF B88681440

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored in the browser. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, may also be used to remember a preference or enable specific functionality.
Technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the service or remember a choice requested by the user do not require consent. Analytics cookies are activated only after the user accepts them.
3. Technologies used
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| autonality_cookie_consent_v1 | Autonality | Remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies and avoid asking for the same choice on every page. | 12 months, or until you change your choice, the consent version is updated or you delete browser storage. | Technical — local storage |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Store a pseudonymous identifier and Clarity preferences so the same browser can be recognised on later visits. | Up to 1 year | Analytics — first-party |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Combine several page views by the same user into a single analytics session. | Up to 1 day | Analytics — first-party |
The _clck and _clsk cookies are installed only after analytics cookies have been accepted. The proposed configuration tells Microsoft that advertising storage remains denied.
4. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the website and to identify navigation or content issues. Clarity may generate interaction metrics, heatmaps and session recordings from events such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling and pointer movements.
Clarity masks input fields and certain sensitive content by default. Autonality does not use this tool to personally identify visitors and does not grant storage for advertising purposes.
5. Legal basis and consent
The legal basis for using Microsoft Clarity and its analytics cookies is your consent —Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable rules on storage in terminal equipment—.
Clarity is not loaded before you select “Accept”. If you select “Reject”, the website will continue to work normally and its analytics cookies will not be installed.
6. Recipient and international transfers
Data generated by Clarity is processed by Microsoft. For customers in the European Union, Microsoft states that the relationship is established with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and that transfers between group entities, including transfers to the United States, may take place under the applicable legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Further information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Microsoft Clarity terms.
7. Retention of Clarity data
Microsoft states that Clarity recordings and data remain available to the website administrator for up to 30 days from collection, without prejudice to other technical or legal retention periods that may apply to the provider.
8. How to change or withdraw consent
You can accept or reject analytics cookies using the notice shown when you enter the website. You can also change your decision later through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
When consent is withdrawn, the denial is communicated to Clarity, any existing first-party analytics cookies are deleted and the page is reloaded so the script no longer continues to run.
You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you delete them, the website will ask you to choose your preferences again.
9. Changes to this policy
This Cookie policy will be updated when the tools used, their purposes or the applicable legal obligations change. If a change affects consent previously provided, a new choice will be requested.
