What does code P2454 mean?

P2454 indicates that the DPF differential pressure sensor signal is lower than expected. The ECU may see no pressure difference even while exhaust flow should create one. This can happen from a short to ground, a disconnected or blocked hose, a faulty sensor or a wiring issue.
