Autonality is a digital assistant for car owners. It brings your vehicle history, reminders and documents together in one place and helps you understand what your car needs, whether or not it has an official manufacturer app.
What does it do? + −
It reminds you about maintenance, inspections, insurance and renewals, helps explain warning lights and OBD codes, and keeps your important vehicle information organised. It also builds a clear history you can show to a workshop or future buyer.
Why does it use artificial intelligence? + −
AI helps make your vehicle information easier to use. It can read invoices, notes, warnings and codes, then answer questions in plain language based on your car’s history. The goal is not AI for the sake of it; the goal is to make your car easier to manage.
What data do I need to add? + −
Only the data needed to make the service useful: your account, basic vehicle details such as make, model, year and approximate mileage, and any documents you choose to upload, such as invoices, service reports or insurance papers.
Can I rely on the AI? + −
Autonality can help you understand issues and prepare better, especially when it has your vehicle history. But it does not replace a mechanic, a physical inspection or an official diagnosis. For important repairs or safety decisions, you should always check with a professional.
Is there a free version? + −
Yes. The basic version is free and lets you add your car, organise key information and try the assistant. Optional paid plans with advanced features may be added later, but they are not required to get started.
How do I access the app? + −
Click “Sign in” to access the secure platform. If you do not have an account yet, create one, confirm your email and add your first vehicle.
Do you store my data? + −
We store the information needed to provide reminders, diagnostics support and the core service. Communications are encrypted with HTTPS and we apply standard security practices.
Can I delete my account and data? + −
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and the data linked to your vehicles at any time. We will remove your information from our systems, except for anything we must keep for legal or administrative reasons.
Which vehicles are supported? + −
You can use Autonality with passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles. If your exact model is not listed yet, you can still add it while we continue expanding the database.
Can I add more than one vehicle? + −
Yes. You can manage several vehicles from the same account, such as your own car, your partner’s car or a family vehicle.
Does Autonality replace my workshop or the manufacturer? + −
No. Autonality helps you understand your car better, prepare workshop visits and keep records organised. It does not replace professional diagnostics, repairs or official manufacturer checks.
Which countries and languages are supported? + −
Autonality is currently focused on Spain and available in Spanish and English. More countries and languages may be added over time.
Is this a beta version? + −
Autonality is still in an early stage. We are improving the product, adding features and using feedback to decide what to build next.
